Saint Joseph and Immaculate Heart of Mary School is a Roman Catholic School of the Diocese of Youngstown, dedicated to the traditions and values of our Catholic Faith utilizing best practices in our Spiritual and Academic Curriculum.

| Our experienced and state certified staff of teachers work to provide a structured learning environment with a strong focus on a high quality curriculum providing instruction in the Language Arts, Mathmatics, Science, and Social Studies. Specialists work to provide students with learning opportunities in the arts, music, physical education and technology. Students may particpate in additional academic activities which include YSU English Festival, Science Fair, Math Counts, Band and Athletic programs to enrich their educational experience. |

The faculty and staff strive to integrate Catholic values throughout the curriculum providing opportunities for prayer, worship, sacraments and the celebration of the liturgical seasons and faith traditions.

In a collaborative effort between Immaculate Heart of Mary and St. Joseph Parishes in Austintown the school provides opportunies for parent and student involvement through the SJIHM Home and School. Families are encouraged to participate in community building activities and service.
